Description
Creating documents for job searching and work has never been easier when you use Microsoft Word 2010. This class is designed for adult learners who need to upgrade their skills to find employment. Class activities will focus on teaching you the basics of Microsoft Word 2010, including opening and closing documents, saving files, Word formatting techniques such as the use of horizontal lines, bolding, italics, underlining, capitalization, and headings to make an impact. At the end of this class, you will have a resume and be comfortable writing letters using Word. Prerequisite: Basic MS Windows Applications. This course runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5/12-6/4/15.
